Norbert Kiss and Antonio Albacete win the last two races of the season

06. October 2024Jarama - The 2024 season of the European Truck Racing Championship concluded Sunday with another win for Norbert Kiss at Circuito del Jarama. Crowned sixth-time champion a week ago at Le Mans, the Hungarian took the flag ahead of Jochen Hahn and Sascha Lenz.
Delays were the order of the day – caused by a chain of events that kicked off when Clemens Hecker crashed heavily into a barrier in the warm-up this morning. Then there were red flags in Q1 and in the races for the Spanish series, so that the final race could only start at 18:00.
Here it was Antonio Albacete who won a popular victory ahead of Mark Taylor and José Eduardo Rodrigues.
The Chrome championship standings were also solidified after the last race – the title goes to Rodrigues, with Taylor and tankpool24 pilot Steffen Faas first and second runners-up.
