Zolder preliminary report

June 2024Zolder - For many fans, having to make their way to Zolder in Belgium in June will be an unusual experience; the traditional slot for the race weekend here has been September, at least for the last 16 seasons – the last time an ETRC event here took place in the first half of the calendar was in 2007.
Fourteen trucks are on the entry list. Lukas Hahn makes his first appearance as a race-by-race pilot and Clemens Hecker returns after an absence from the Slovakia Ring.
The proceedings kick off with free practice on Friday, followed by two days focused on pure racing. The weather hasn’t been on its best behaviour this year, and rain is very much in prospect on Friday and Saturday.
