Sunday in Zolder Part 2 - Jochen Hahn wins Race 3

12. September 2021Zolder - Shortly before the start of Sunday’s first race a change in the results of qualifying and the Super Pole was announced: Norbert Kiss was stripped of all his times owing to an infringement by his team of the parc fermé regulations.
That promoted Jochen Hahn to pole position in the Iveco, with the Buggyra-Freightliner of Adam Lacko alongside. Sascha Lenz and Antonio Albacete occupied the second row.
Hahn beat Lacko to Turn 1 and Lenz slotted in behind them, but he couldn’t hold onto that position for long. The young German had several contacts and found himself more off the track than on it. By the end of the first lap he’d dropped to P11. He did fight his way back up to P9 at the flag, but this was certainly not the result he’d have imagined.
Hahn, Lacko, and Albacete held their positions till the flag, but Kiss had characteristically stormed up to P4, finishing ahead of Kursim, Halm, Calvet, Brereton, Lenz, and Reinert.
Téo Calvet made it three out of three in the Goodyear Cup, beating Brereton und Luke Garrett.
„Die Bullen von Iveco“ took the top step of the team podium above Team Titan und Buggyra Racing.
