ETRC finale in Misano cancelled

30. October 2020It’s now final: following the cancellation of the races in Le Mans, the third and final round of this year’s FIA European Truck Racing Championship scheduled to be held at Misano over the coming weekend has also been called off.
With the reimposition of lockdowns across Europe and new restrictions in Italy, the local organisers and the FIA felt they were left with no other option.
There will, consequently, be no champion for 2020.
ETRA, the promoter, has indicated that a calendar for 2021 will be presented in the next few days. It’s expected to reflect the original 2020 dates.
