Truck-Grand-Prix preliminary report

10. July 2024The Truck Grand Prix roars around again this weekend and the anticipation in fans and participants alike is at fever pitch.
Indeed, eager fans have started setting up at campsites around the Nürburgring since last weekend itself.
Changeable weather is forecast for this climactic event of the season, but that will be of no consequence for the thousands of visitors, given the tonnes of action on the track – and off it.
The TGP is, more than the racing, a mega spectacle that includes other track competitions, an industry show, a trucker festival with concerts and what not, and any number of attractions for the whole family.
Lukas Hahn, Bradley Smith, and Jonathan André join the field of full-season entrants. The ETRC pilots won’t he the only ones in action; this year the Mittelrhein Cup will feature a contingent from the Dutch Truck Racing Championship, including a number of starters from the Netherlands, Germany, and England.
