Juan Pons recently sent a letter to FIA President Jean Todt, informing him about his irrevocable resignation, for personal reasons, as President of the Truck Racing Commission – a position he has been occupying since 1997 – thanking all staff members, pilots, companies, sponsors, organizers, officials, media people, and the FIA for their support and assistance during all those years.
Juan Pons will continue working in a position of responsibility at the truck racing events in Spain which are organized by Examotor.
